Our current teachers

Kelly Birchall
Kelly recently graduated from the university of Leeds. She was resident choreographer for ‘RavenRock’ Theatre company, resident dancer and dance captain for ‘Poor Mans’ Dance company and freelance Dance teacher with her own streetdance and contemporary school/company called KL Dance Academy. Kelly has choreographed work for the Edinburgh Festival, the international dance grand prix, Barcelona and choreographed nationally for ‘First Dance UK’.

Sarah Wilcock
Sarah graduated from Manchester Met. University in Dance and English. She has worked for HQ Coaching centre, across the Northwest and recently choreographed for St Helens Youth Dance Festival. Sarah is also director of SLW Dance Company.

Diane Armstrong
During her 17 years of teaching Diane has taught dance at KS3 and GCSE level, and spent time as a GCSE Moderator. She has also taught primary dance classes and been involved in summer school projects with all age groups. Diane became a qualified aerobics instructor in 2006 and has since taught adult dance-based fitness classes. She has a special interest in choreography, and has been enthusiastically involved in Bespoke Dance Company’s unique choreography workshop classes.

Sophie Tickle
Sophie is a current Undergraduate Studying BA (Hons) Drama at Exeter University and is also Choreographer for Footlights Theatre Musical Theatre Society. She is President and Teacher for Exeter University Dance Society, a Producer/Director of ‘Life is a Cabaret’ charity musical concerts for Myeloma UK. Sophie has choreographed for national university dance competitions.

Lauren Nolan
Graduate of the ‘Italia Conti Acadamy of Theatre Arts’, London. Lauren has danced at events such as ‘The Brit Awards’ and ‘The ideal Homes Show’ and has worked on Nickelodeons ‘Genie in the House’. She was a lead dancer in ‘Hero’s and Villains’ and ‘The Circle of Life’ at The New Wimbledon Theatre. Lauren most recently appeared as ‘Anytime Annie’ in ’42nd Street’ at the Shaw Theatre, London. She taught at The Italia Conti Associates, London but has now returned to the North West and is currently passing on her wealth of experience teaching a variety of styles for Bespoke Dance Company.
